  • PORTUGAL: free shipping
  • EU countries: 10 €
  • Rest of the World: 25 €

FREE SHIPPING

Portugal - We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
EU countries and Rest of the World - Free shipping on any order with amount equal to or greater than 199 €.

 

SHIPPING & ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Your order will be dispatched on the next business day from the time is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email (this email will include carrier and tracking number of your order).

 

SHIPPING, COLLECTING PACKAGES & DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email and your order can be tracked on the carrier website. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.

We aim to deliver your order within a maximum period of up to 5 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. However, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this.

 

SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Broolls is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the exchange or return of product.

Exchanges & Returns

HOW TO RETURN

  • Prepare the items that you want to return with your purchase invoice.

Pack the items you want to return safely, if possible, in the same box in which you received your online order, and enclose the purchase invoice inside the box.
If you do not have the invoice of your online order, you can request a copy by sending an email to support@broolls.com

  • Ship the items to:

  • Recommendation

We recommend you to track and insure your package.
Before shipping your order to our warehouse, you must notify us in advance by sending an email to support@broolls.com.
Please note that for this method of return, broolls will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery.
The shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.

 

CONDITIONS

When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:
  • All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels.
  • The invoice must be enclosed in the package.
  • Broolls will not be responsible for any returns made with a different method to those offered by Broolls. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs, as well as safe arrival of the parcel.

 

REFUND

If you decide to return your order to our warehouse, the period to receive the refund is up to 30 days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
